We have a Terracom card (Operating through  RwandaTel) that Bridget left here for use at the hospital. She says that it is paid up for two years, starting on 8/2007. We've started using it as the connection for a separate network in the hospital.</description>

	*  Nurses rotate through the wards every six months- peds, ER, ICU, surgery, post-surgical, internal medicine, Labor &amp; Delivery.
		*  There are approximately 8 nurses on per shift; the patient census is usually around 200 patients, although there are only 150 beds at the hospital.
		*  There are 27 nurses employed at HEAL; 20 MDs.
		*  Shifts are 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 5pm-7am.
