“Before you go, we can check in with Bizi to find out what parts he needs for the various computers. I know that he needs power supplies for 3 HP desktop computers (HP d530sff). We also need several 256 MB PC2100 memory modules. And we do need the laptop hard drives as well. I am not sure if Eric or Melissa will be down here before you go, but we should keep a list on the wiki of parts that are needed…”

Other useful hardware to bring:

  • Power adapters for laptops?
  • USB keys?
  • Laptop Hard drives. There are several hard drives that are not working. It would be immensely helpful to have someone purchase about six 80 GB laptop (2.5”) hard drives and an external USB enclosure. We would take the broken hard drives out of the laptops, put in new ones, install Windows, and try to recover as much data from the old drives as possible using the external enclosure.
  • A collection of all printer drivers. We would create a library of CD's for all of the printers at Jubilee and the hospital. That way, whenever we need to install printer drivers on a computer, we know right where to go. We have Kyocera, and HP printers primarily…
